40 series Software
The 40 AMP, CD & PPA provide two options on the rear panel for upgrading the software version, and is controlled entirely via the menu and remote control. You can choose to use either of the following:
- USB-A Storage drive/key
- Ethernet (internet)
Please read through the software instruction document to help you decide which update option works best for you.
Upgrading the 40 ST software is carried out entirely via the unit itself and the BluOS app. You are not able to upgrade using a USB key as is available on the 40 AMP, CD & PPA.
As the 40 ST is always connected to your home router (internet), if an upgrade is available, you will be made aware of this when turning on the unit. If you wish to progress with the update (recommended), please follow all instructions on the display and the BluOS app until the upgrade has completed.
